The petitioners challenges the authority of Minnesota Secretary of State's decision to count mail-in ballots received within seven days of the election as long as they are postmarked on or before election day, as well as a presume that mail-in ballots without a postmark were mailed on or before election day. The petitioners request the court order that late-arriving mail-in ballots be segregated.
