Advocacy groups are suing the Wisconsin Elections Commission to permit persons with disabilities to cast absentee ballots electronically per the ADA and the federal Rehabilitation Act. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief to permit electronic voting in the August primary elections and November general election.

Voters in Butler County Pennsylvania are suing to challenge the Butler County Board of Election's decision to reject the provisional ballots of two voters who submitted mail-in ballots without secrecy envelopes. The plaintiffs allege that the Board misinterpreted Pennsylvania Supreme Court precedent and state law by not allowing them to cure or correct their mail-in ballots. They ask the court to strike down the Board's policy of not allowing voters to cure mail-in ballots submitted without secrecy envelopes.

Voter-advocacy groups are challenging Pennsylvanian policy disqualifying mail-in votes with incorrect or missing dates on the outside of their envelopes. Plaintiffs seek both declaratory and injunctive relief to deem the aforementioned policy unconstitutional in violation of the Free and Equal Elections Clause of the Pennsylvania State Constitution.

The RNC is challenging Nevada's policy of counting non-postmarked ballots received within three days of Election Day. Plaintiffs argue that the described policy violates existing Nevada law requiring ballots to be postmarked and submitted on or before Election Day. The complaint sets out a prayer for both declaratory and injunctive relief to block non-postmarked ballots from being counted in the November 2024 election.

Gina Swoboda and Scott Mussi, Chair of the Republican Party and President of Arizona Free Enterprise respectively, are challenging Arizona voter roll maintenance policy. Plaintiffs allege that Arizona's lack of a voter-list maintenance program has resulted in voter over-enrollment in violation of Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act. Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief to order the development of a voter-list maintenance program.

PARA is challenging Lancaster County policy disqualifying mail-in ballots missing the final two digits of the calendar year, alleging the policy violates the non-discrimination clause of the State Constitution of Pennsylvania. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief to permit ballots with incomplete dates in the November 2024 general election.

United Sovereign Americans are challenging Pennsylvanian voter-roll maintenance policies, alleging that the number of vote-tabulation errors and registration discrepancies violate the Help America Vote Act, the National Voter Registration Act, and Pennsylvania law. Plaintiffs seek a writ of mandamus compelling investigation into the alleged discrepancies and policy changes to rectify them.
